These games are made by Rebel Studios Software. Installing or using them means you accept these terms. If you do not, delete the app.
Play them, on as many of your own devices as you like. We grant you a personal, non-transferable licence to use the apps as published.
Chart Rush offers a one-time Host unlock. It is a single payment, not a subscription, and it stays on the device that bought it. Only the host needs it — other players always join free.
Payment is handled by Apple or Google, never by us. Refunds follow their policies, not ours: Apple ↗ · Google ↗. Restoring a purchase requires the same store account that made it.
Online rooms need a working connection and depend on services we do not control. We do not guarantee an opponent will be available, that a match will finish, or that rooms persist. Abandoned rooms are deleted automatically.
Chart Rush can connect to Spotify at your option, under Spotify's own terms. Song previews and artwork come from Spotify and the public iTunes Search API and remain the property of their owners. We do not host, sell, or redistribute music. Chart Rush is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Spotify AB or Apple Inc.
Oops All Knights is free and supported by ads served through Google AdMob. Chart Rush contains no advertising.
The apps are provided "as is". We do not promise they will be uninterrupted or error free.
To the fullest extent the law allows, our total liability for any claim relating to these apps is limited to what you actually paid us for them, which for most players is nothing.
We may update these terms. Continuing to use an app after a change means you accept the new version. The date above shows the last revision.
