Prefer to do it yourself?

You can transcribe an invoice manually or use a full accounting suite. This is the fast path when you have one invoice and just need the numbers out of it.

Why it’s worth $1

No account, no signup, and we keep no copy of what you send or the invoice we make. You pay a dollar and the PDF comes straight back.

Where your invoice goes

What you give it goes to our server at gate402.app, where we turn it into text; a photo is OCR’d on our own machine, not sent anywhere for that. The first 12,000 characters of that text then go to OpenRouter, an outside AI service, which runs the model (Llama 3.1 8B) at one of the companies that host it. How long they keep it is up to their policies, not ours. Invoices carry names, addresses and amounts, so if you wouldn’t paste this one into an AI chat, don’t use this tool.
