Give every order a clean PDF invoice, packing slip and delivery note, generated on your own server, attached to the right order email automatically, and printable in one click. Built for the current WooCommerce: block checkout and HPOS.
The free version is on WordPress.org. The Pro download includes it too.

The popular invoice plugins for WooCommerce share the same two complaints in their one-star reviews: the output looks dated and can’t be customised, and the things a store actually needs, like tax lines, are locked behind the paid version. On top of that, several were written before the block checkout and HPOS, so they quietly break on a modern store.
Generated with a bundled engine: no third-party service, nothing phones home. Your logo is embedded, so rendering makes zero external requests.
Attach the invoice PDF to the Processing or Completed order email automatically. One setting.
Accented Latin, Greek and Cyrillic render correctly. Arabic and Hebrew do not yet: the PDF engine does not join or reorder right-to-left letters. Chinese, Japanese, Korean, Thai and Indic scripts print as empty boxes, because the bundled fonts have no glyphs for them.
Sequential or order-number, with a prefix. The number is stored on the order, so a reprint never changes.
No PDF engine on the host? Documents fall back to a clean printable page; the order email still sends.
Print or download an invoice, packing slip or delivery note straight from the order screen (classic and HPOS).

The plugin is free. Pro adds bulk printing for stores doing volume. One licence, one payment, no per-order fee.
Invoice Documents Pro is on sale today, and the download includes the free plugin it builds on. The free plugin is also in the WordPress.org directory on its own.
